What have we been up to?
SOLD!!!!

Yes, we sold our house!! Which means I've been very busy. We have to be out on Nov.5th.
One of Steve's friends from the NLA came to visit a week ago and we decided to have a BBQ. Funny thing Steve offered our house...remember that my house it not very large (can't wait to get into the new one!!) Here is a picture of Emily with Sophia, Steve, Peter, his wife Chelsey, Dan and Levi. It was a fun night. We miss having them around. Thanks for coming and we will see you soon!!

We took Sophia to her first game of mini Golf.

Her dad would help her

After she would hit the ball she would say, "Where it go?" Then run to find it and bring it back to us. It was so cute.

At the end she really didn't noticed that the ball was gone for good. I think she just wanted to run and play.

Sophia's waking up and I need to go and help Katie at her after school program. There are more pictures to come. I finally have them all downloaded!! Have fun and I hope everyone is proud of me about updating my blog!

Mexico!!!
Yes, we had a get away! Steve, Sophia and I went to Mexico with my whole family!! Yes, all of us in two rooms and we had a BLAST!!! The plane ride there was really good we really one had one problem. Three children and only one problem...that's really good, funny thing is it was with Robert. Katie and Robert had buddy passes and he didn't get on our flight so he got into Mexico and day later than we did. It was kind of nice because we didn't want to do anything without him so we just hung out at the hotel, one the beach and in the many pools that the hotel had. It was probably one of my favorite days, not having to worry about anything.
If any of you know my mom you know that she hates to sit and do nothing, especially on vacation. Well, we made her sleep in and have nothing planned but the day that we went to the ruins. I think she enjoyed it also.
We went to two ruins, Chic hen Itza (Chicken Pizza, for some) and Ek'Balam. It was really neat to see these places and hear the history, it really made be glad that I live now and then. I think I enjoyed Ek'Balam best because there wasn't as many people and it was right in the jungle. Also, you can still walk up to the top of the temple, which was really neat.
We also went on a boat ride over to an island, my mom hated the ride over. It was a small boat and it was bouncy, but if you know my mom she isn't a huge fan of water. It was so pretty the water was blue and the fish were amazing. I went snorkeling for the first time and our guide would put crackers in the water right by us so the fish would swim right at us. It was so much fun.
We did have a blast and surprisingly there wasn't too many problems, unless you count Katie and Robert's buddy pass getting canceled for the way home and they had to buy tickets home. Like I said, THREE children and Katie and Robert had the stress on the plane.
Here are some pictures....enjoy!

Funniest thing happened today
I know that I am bad with the whole blog thing but I will do better. It has been a busy couple of weeks and we have two more before it slows down. I promise I will get pictures of Mexico up and tell you our fun stories, but I have a minute will Sophia is sleeping and I'm taking a break from packing to go camping to tell you what our sweet Sophia did. I had an appointment today and she had to come with me, she did really good, but I looked down and she had taken off her diaper. Don't worry it WAS a stinky one. I was so embrassed and Lance (my bishop and Chiroprater) just laughed. She has never done that before. The funny things they do, they just keep us laughing.

Yes, it has been a long time....
I know, I know...I have been a slacker in the blogging world. Things have been busy and I have a lot to catch up on. It may take me a few days. We just got back from Mexico...it was a BLAST. I'll tell you more about that in my next blog.
I thought I would catch up on some pictures.... My Grandpa turned 80 at the beginning of June and we had a big party for him. There were a lot of people and almost the whole family (We missed you Amber and Brian...) The girls decorated the tables with memories we had of Grandpa growing up. I Put chalk and made Hop-stoch. Katie did hers on his garden. Sheree was about Camping on the Boulder and fishing. Melody (who got in trouble with hers) did our 4th of July sleepover, which always had a water fight so she brought water guns (see why...at least they were small ones). Madiline was about Chicken Noodle soup. Suzie's had Big Red gum and Tic Tacs. Kristen's was checkers. Brooke had money on hers...Grandpa gives us a dollar on our birthdays. Nicole's was Cinnamon Rolls...when Grandpa got sick she would make them for him. Anna's had Candy on it. It was a really fun day. Later some of us went to my mom's house and went swimming. I have a slide show, it might be long but we had a lot of pictures.
